Robert E. “Mully” Mulholland is the founding member of Mulholland & Sutlive, LLC. Before starting his firm, Robert was a litigator with several of the most prominent insurance defense firms in the Southeast, and started a Plaintiff’s practice with the knowledge he’d developed over the previous 20 years. Before becoming an attorney, Robert worked as a social worker, helping dialysis patients with their needs and treatment. He credits the experience of being the primary advocate for these patients as the main reason he has become the forceful champion for catastrophically injured individuals today.
After receiving his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Catholic University in Washington, D.C, Robert attended the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. Today he focuses his firm’s civil litigation practice primarily on personal injury and wrongful death claims, and has litigated matters all over the state at both the trial and appellate level.
During his illustrious career, Robert has earned a Martindale-Hubble AV Preeminent rating from his peers, and has been named to the Georgia Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite numerous times. He also carries a AVVO 10.0 rating, and is regularly listed as a Georgia Super Lawyer for many years. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the American Association for Justice.
Robert is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
